Terminal Controller is an extension to Sage Line 50 Financial Controller. It enables our software to pull in more options and functionality to your already existing Sage line 50 stock management options.

Expand Terminal controller is flexible and can be upgraded as and when you want it to. Start off with the Desktop version and upgrade your hardware and software to our Mobile version when you want to.

Upgrades available Beacon link plans to bring more power to Bar-coding for sage line 50, this will cover such things like signature capture, GPRS live orders and Stock checks.

Multiple Barcodes The systems flexibility means there is virtually no limit to the number of alternative barcodes that can be assigned for each Stock Code in Sage Line 50 Financial Controller.

If you purchase the same product from different suppliers, and they all supply the same stock using different barcodes, you can set up the system to store these multiple barcodes against each Stock Code.

Shelf Labelling Most customers will have barcode labels affixed to the products, but alternatively, the warehouse bins or locations can be bar-coded.

Stock can then be picked in Bin order to present the user with the most efficient journey through the warehouse.

Pick and Mix Bar-coding for Sage Line 50 can be tailored to what is important to your business. We have found that not every business wants all this functionality and therefore you can spend money on only what's needed.

Order Picking and Despatch    Increase the accuracy of picking order lines to fulfil customer orders.

Use the handheld terminal to quickly and accurately scan goods and verify that correct goods are despatched. All data entry is validated prior to updating Sage Line 50.

Accurate Stock   To cut the cost of poor quality, Terminal Controller can download stock levels to the terminal for use by store staff to know exactly what is available.

Keeping information synchronised between your administration office and the shop/warehouse floor, can greatly increase the quality of your recorded data.

Proof of delivery   Using the Casio IT-500 you can use Terminal Controller and Sage Line 50 to despatch your goods directly to your delivery terminal.

Your drivers can then pick stock for their delivery van and deliver it direct to your customers.

On arrival, goods are validated by barcode scanning and obtaining a customers signature as proof of delivery. This is invaluable in effectively dealing with delivery disputes.

Goods In   Incoming stock can be scanned and immediately validated against Purchase orders in Sage Financial Controller.

For owners of Sage Line 50 Accountant Plus, incoming goods can be scanned and added into Sage Line 50 stock lists.
